Considering Parenting?
Our trained advocates at La Luz Women’s Center are here to provide the information you need to make a confident decision about your unplanned pregnancy.
If you choose to parent your child, we’ll provide you with the resources, referrals, and emotional support it takes.
Do I Have What It Takes to Be A Parent?
Deciding to parent is a big decision but comes with great rewards. Maybe you’re thinking, “How do I raise a child?” or “How can I afford baby supplies?”
The best way to raise a child is with a strong support system. You don’t have to do it alone. There are people like us willing to support you through your parenting journey.
Parenting While A Student
It is possible to parent your child and stay in school. Finishing your education is better for both of you.
The United States Department of Education enforces Title IX, a law designed to protect pregnant and parenting students. Under Title IX, you have a right to complete your education without being harassed or excluded.
